1. The FTVA board convened at the LAFB Gateway club on 26 April 2024. Meeting called to order by FTVA President, Bill Brockmiller, at 1305L.

2. March minutes reviewed, corrected and approved.

3. Financial report (details were previously emailed out), transition ongoing to Andy Smith

4. Old Business:
a. Signarama update – Ted C. passed on the new colors for the unit shields in the back of the BALA and the company is moving forward with the two shields b. In-depth discussion on developing a 2024 Budget
c. Adding website sections for external chapters on the main FTVA page

5. New Business:
a. Guest Speaker for the anniversary week (16 AF/CC, Weather Wing CC, Gen Shwedo?)
b. Continued support to the MARC.

6. Around the room
a. May 2024 – insurance is due.
b. Pepito presented an overview of a membership drive initiative c. 19 May – MARC Spring Fling
d. 17 May – Rocky Mountain Meeting Canx’d

7. The next two board meetings are at the Gateway club on 17 May 2024 and 28 June 2024 at 1300L.
