FTVA Board of Director’s Meeting:

1. Call to order 1304L

   Radabaugh/Bastian – Mid Atlantic chapter(zoom)/ Toillion –

5. Old Business:
   1. Spring Social
      16 May 25, Stapleton Park (Security Hill), advertising-Web page – Board will setup, cook and tear down. Per Andy Smith, 93rd CC wants to attend, entire unit invited. BJ Jones will be contacted about possibly helping with DJ.
   2. Brochure
      Bill Brockmiller will assemble new shield and verbiage for review. Goal is to have ready for picnic.
   3. Organization Focus Committee: Bill Brockmiller and Pepito Figueroa will coordinate and message chapters for their inclusion and schedule (Zoom is 100% available if needed).
   4. Vigilant Partners (VP) director
      Mr. Williams volunteered to contact Jim McClendon (experienced VP director) about possible team effort with Karen Rolirad.
6. 93 IS picnic
   93rd CC wants to attend Spring picnic, invite for entire squadron was well received.
7. Correspondence: None
8. Around the room: Inputs from each chapter
   1. MARC – resent meeting focused on their Spring Social, 16 May. Membership and inclusion in the Organizational Focus committee was discussed.
   2. Heritage – well attended event at the end of March (the end of the Vietnam War commemoration and pinning). They are increasing their Meals for the Elderly and they (Meals for the Elderly folks) referred more than 20 Vietnam vets for pinning.
   3. Aloha – still looking for additional members, the two members in good standing meet regularly.
   4. Alamo – good meeting in April, will focus attention/attendance for next meeting on the Spring picnic.
      
      

      Mr. Radabaugh will be out of town next week attending the DC “Fall of Saigon” activities (could be the last).
          Propwash gang has started their advertising of their reunion (details are forthcoming) in conjunction with the FTVA reunion (16-18 Oct).
          Remain In Touch inputs due 1 June.
          Next meeting 30 May (pre-picnic Zoom only meeting 9 May)
