FTVA Board of Director’s Meeting:

   Zoom)), Mr. Steve Staycoff (16 AF SLO)/ MSgts Miller, Gardner,
   Charles (Pheonix Booster club)
2. Previous meeting minutes – November 2024 / January 2025 – Approved
3. Treasurer’s Report/Update, sent via email – Approved
4. Old Business:
   1. Spring Picnic:4 Apr 25, beginning at 1100L, Stapleton Park (on Security Hill), advertising via Remain in Touch announcement email
   2. Brochure and SWAG (hats primarily) awaiting determination by AF on how 16 AF will proceed
   3. Membership fees – to be addressed in the future
   4. Membership committee – to be addressed in the future
   5. Vigilant Partners (VP) director – Brock will reach out to Budget – look back five years was provided prior to the meetingMrs. Rolirad to get her commitment agree to direction
5. New Business:
   1. Reach out to other like organizations via Facebook for possible cross/joint activities, seen as a necessity
   2. Idea from MARC – Reach into the TAP for possible inclusion and give a one year membership to those eligible.
   3. Financial support to MARC to help with their Spring Social – approved $300
   4. Financial report for chapters
   5. One year FTVA membership to booster club officers
   6. FTVA memberships for CC/CV/CCC
