FTVA Board of Director’s Meeting:

- Spring Social
Given Brock has had meetings/discussions with the 16 AF Booster club president, it was recommended that we wait till he provides details. - Reunion detail
JJ Graham reiterated that the general membership meeting should be hybrid/in-person as well as. Roy has this as a ToDo.

- Support NCO Induction
As programs were already printed, $2,000 was discussed,∙suggested and approved by the board for addition of support to the script. Andy Smith had his check book and would ensure a check would make it to the induction POC. Pepito and Ted mentioned that they would attend. - National Vietnam Veteran Day
Commemorated in San Angelo on 27-28 March. The chapter has negotiated significant arrangements with a local establishments. Please contact JJ or the Heritage chapter board for assistance. - Budget
The FTVA has been bleeding money for several years and the details in the annual report substantiate the statement. Andy Smith has had several personal things that have kept him from reviewing the past five years and assembling a draft budget based on the historical activities. - Active Vigilant Partners (VP) director
An active VP director is needed to help improve the relationship with 16 AF, educate the leadership that is unaware of the FTVA activity and value. - MARC requested annual funds be allocated. Andy reiterated that an email has gone, will send again – Andy ToDo.
- MARC reinvigorating
The MARC had their 1st meeting since their 2024 Spring Social. Will attempt another Spring Social this year, near College Park PA – Jerry Gething & MARC working - Greg Radabaugh requested we ensure the donate and payment function be double checked for full operation – Roy’s ToDo.
- Invite 16 AF/CC, CCC and booster club president to February meeting – Brock ToDo
- Membership fees
Membership in all chapters is an issue. A committee, with chapter involvement, should assembled to review and recommend. A significant issue for many chapters is answering the question, “What’s in it for me?” – Brock ToDo (appoint committee)
