FTVA Board of Director’s Meeting:

1. Call to order 1311 CDT
   Quorum Y
   Attendees: Brockmiller/Figueroa/Smith/Burnett

   Chapter (Zoom) /Gething – Mid-Atlantic Region Chapter (Zoom)

2. Introduce those present, in person and via Zoom

4. Treasurer’s Report/Update – Approved
5. Old Business:
   1. Brochure
      Vigilant Partners created brochure was posted. – Done
   2. Organization Focus Committee
      Meeting scheduled for 011830 EDT, email invite to chapter leadership. Participation by various chapters is needed. –
      Actions: Zoom created, email sent
   3. Vigilant Partners (VP) director
      Email request to go to the various contactors in and around 16 AF, inviting them to participate if the can/want.
      Next are the various credit unions and banks near Lackland. We are offering them a popup at the Golf
      Tournament (approval needs to flow from Mr. Bob Benitez)
   4. New emblem
      On webpage, only positive feedback. Heritage Chapter suggested the bottom portion be lighter (Mr. Staycoff will adjust)
   5. Golf Tourney
      Mr. Benitez had a meeting with a representative from the
      Golf Club of Texas (GCoT). Zeke mentioned the great deal
      GCoT is giving us. If we stick with the fajita’s like we
      agreed should be, our price will be up to $82 per golfer and
      if we keep the price at $75, the FTVA would be responsible
      for the difference. Otherwise, things are set.
6. New Business:
   1. Guest Speaker – First invite will go to 16 AF/CC, with a contingency invite to CCC.
   2.  Locations
      Picnic (Stapleton on the park) /HoH Induction (BALA in bldg. 2007
   3. 16 AF POC – Meeting planned with acting Chief of Staff next week
   4. Picnic – Booster club has reserved Stapleton park SWAG – hats, with the new emblem, should be ready (estimate coming)
   5. RAF Chicksands Collection – Mr. Michael Martin emailed the board about a stuff gathered from RAF Chicksands. Mr. Colquhoun and Mr. Smith may have a contact that can help with a price to bring the materials back to the states. Mr. Gething requested the extensive list of materials be emailed to the chapters.

   1. MARC next meeting via Zoom on 25 June. Looking forward
      to the Organizational Focus Committee.
   2. From Mr. Maynard, the current website is extremely slow,
      to the point of intolerable, something has to be done.
   3. Mr. Tillion has reached out to a previous AF member to join
      them, but heard nothing back. Is looking forward the
      Organizational Focus Committee.
