1. The FTVA board convened at the LAFB Gateway club on 22 Mar 2024. Meeting called to order by FTVA President, Bill Brockmiller, at 1305L In attendance were:

Ken Maynard (Treasurer)	Pepito Figueroa (Vice President)
Daniel Martin (Historian)	Andy Smith (incoming Treasurer)
Ted Colquhoun (past president)	Ken Williams (Social Comm)
Roy Burnett (Member Support)

Joining us were members from Hawaii (Tilly), Salt Lake (Scott Lawson) and the MARC (Bob Bastian and Sharon Frizzell).

2. Feb minutes reviewed and approved.

3. Financial report (details were previously emailed out).

4. Old Business:

a. Spring Social was a success with CMSgt Hopkins as the guest speaker. We had approximately 50 attendees. b. Chief Hopkins stated he was reinvigorating the Larson Awards (Sensor Olympics) in FY 2025, focusing on ISR and Cyber specialties. He plans on getting significant help from the Booster club. c. Continued discussions on payment capabilities for the FTVA website.

b. Adding website sections for external chapters on the main FTVA page
