FTVA Board of Director’s Meeting:

1. Call to order 1307L
   Quorum Y

   Anthony/ Graham – Heritage Chapter/ Tillion – Aloha Chapter

2. Introduce those present, in person and via Zoom
3. Previous meeting minutes – Approved as emailed
4. Treasurer’s Report/Update – Approved as read
5. Old Business:
   1. Hats ready are available, will have at the Hall of Honor, and Remembrance ceremonies, and picnic
   2. Organization Focus Committee
      Business and Implementation plans to be voted on during the Zoom session on 3 Oct, 1830 Central
   3. Vigilant Partners (VP)
      Doing Great, will have updated list for Remain in Touch and the website, Engrave Tech will create a “poster” for the banquet
   4. Reunion update
      16 AF, important POCs, have all been soo busy, they have not replied to any requests of status
      Golf is on track, Bob Benitez has it in hand. Registration has been below average. (he provided an update with only 12 teams)
      Officiant for Hall of Honor induction and remembrance ceremonies will be Mr. Pohl (induction ceremony will be recorded)
      Picnic – Stapleton park reserved and teaming with the
      Booster club (coordination meeting coming up)
      Annual membership meeting – inputs due 10 Oct,
      Jerry Gething to add synopsis of Business and Implementation plans
      Banquet – Guest speaker will be Lt Gen Hensley, notifying club of at least 155 attendees
6. New Business:
   1. SSFCU, continue relationship?
      Advise from CPA – All agreed that getting advise from a CPA for various tax questions is a good thing. All will put feelers out to get recommendations
   2. Annual Membership meeting inputs due 10 Oct
